Fall Scientific Meeting

Friday October 15th 2021

Chelsea Piers

More information coming soon

2020 was certainly a challenging year for all of us.  We adapted to a new norm and were faced with difficult and laborious decisions to make on behalf of our members and the NGS Academy of Multidisciplinary Dentistry.  We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for understanding and accepting these decisions.  As we start 2021, with the hope that vaccination brings, we look forward to returning to Chelsea Piers in the fall and reconnecting with our friends and colleagues for an in person meeting.

The NGSAMD Board of Directors has decided that dues which were paid in 2020 would be carried forward to 2021.  So, anyone that paid their dues for 2020 will not owe dues for 2021.  Those that did not pay dues for 2020, will not be penalized, but will owe dues for 2021.  The 2021 NGSAMD annual membership dues of $995.00 remain the same and are due now. The dues include the 2021 Fall Scientific Meeting with lunch, as well as attendance at our new XTX (cross discipline treatment planning) Talks via Zoom.

Your dues help to support the various academic endeavors of the NGSAMD, including scientific meetings, the Granger-Pruden Award for excellence in dental research, the Technical Award for outstanding achievement in the ASMDT/NYU Technical Mastership Program, and the Technical Award for outstanding achievement at New York City College of Technology.

The date for the Fall Meeting is Friday, October 15, 2021.  Program Chair Dr. Robert Berg has put together an exciting and informative scientific program. Please mark your calendars now and plan on attending. .

As so much has changed over the course of this past year, especially regarding the lack of financial corporate sponsorship which greatly support the efforts of the Academy, we strongly encourage members to make a voluntary contribution to the NGS AMD this year.  You may make the donation to the Academy or to the Martin E. Kantor Fund (see attached).  As you well know, the Kantor Fund is the charitable arm of the Northeastern Gnathological Society.  Contributions to the Kantor Fund go directly to support our students as well as research.  Please consider and additional contribution.

For those that owe 2021 dues or would like to make a voluntary contribution, please use our member renewal form here by clicking here.

On behalf of the Executive Board and members of the NGSAMD, I wish to thank you for your continued support of and participation in the NGSAMD.  It is vital to the continued excellence of our organization.

We wish you and your family a happy, healthy and peaceful 2021.

Cordially,
